There is no Cash refund The Booking may be carried forward to a maximum of 3 months from the date of original booking with the exception of National Holidays, weekends and X' mas/ New Year Eve. For cancellation less than 7 days there is no cash refund or exchange of dates.

Refund Policy: A minimum of 7 to 14 working days will be taken to process any refund once approved by the resort.

Force Majeure: The performance of the agreement by either party is subject to act of God, government regulations, disaster, strikes and/or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities for the event. It is provided that this event may be rescheduled for any or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other for any future dates (rooms subject to availability) and subject to revision in the rates as per new dates.
